    Fates before joining Anders Army: The youngest of the Anders brothers. Artillery officer of the Polish Army, captain before the war (from 1933). In 1918, he was active in the Polish Military Organization in Minsk. From September 1919 in the Cadet Corps No. 2 in Modlin. He took part in the Polish-Bolshevik war of 1920 in the ranks of the 15th Cavalry Regiment, and in May 1921 in the Third Silesian Uprising. After graduating on June 25, 1922, he passed his matriculation examination and received his secondary school-leaving examination certificate. Then he continued his education at the Officers’ School of Artillery in Toruń. Promoted to the rank of second lieutenant of artillery on July 1, 1923, assigned to the 29th Light Artillery Regiment. On July 1, 1925, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Transferred to 11th Horse Artillery Division. In the years 1931-1934 he was an instructor at the Artillery Reserve Cadet School in Włodzimierz Wołyński. Promoted to artillery captain on January 1, 1934. Then he served in the 4th Horse Artillery Squadron in Suwałki as an adjutant.

    He took part in the September 1939 campaign in the ranks of the 4th Horse Artillery Squadron in Suwałki. He participated in the battles with the Germans on the combat route leading from Suwałki to the Lublin region: his squadron was included in the “Edward” Cavalry Brigade. Participant of the Battle of Kock. After the end of the September campaign, he avoided captivity. He got to France and served in the Polish Army there.

    Military history in Polish 2 Corps: During World War II, he was transferred to the Polish 2nd Corps, with which he traveled the entire combat route of the Italian campaign. Participant, among others: the Battle of Monte Cassino, the Battle of Ancona, the battles in the Apennines and the capture of Bologna. In the 2nd Corps, no. registration 1902/30. Until July 1945, he was (with the rank of major, and then lieutenant colonel) the deputy commander of the 7th Horse Artillery Regiment of the 2nd Artillery Group of the 2nd Corps, and from that month until its commander was dismantled.

    Post-War: After the war, together with the Polish 2nd Corps, he found himself in Great Britain, from where he emigrated to the United States after being demobilized. He died on July 7, 1995 in New York.
